Prior to putting in a request for a custom order I had seen the most beautiful mahogany fur hat on a model based in Nigeria, and I knew I had to get one of my own from Mel as I’ve been eyeing her hats for over a year! She walked me through the colour choices and fabrics, and was extremely patient when I wanted to make an adjustment to my order.
