Welcome to Off My Head. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following:

1. Our Products
All items are handmade to order in England. Because of this, slight variations may occur — that’s part of the charm.

2. Sizing
Unless sizes are shown in a drop doen list, most designs are made to fit 22–23.5 inches, but we’re happy to make any size on request. It’s your responsibility to check sizing before ordering.

3. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. Once your order is placed, we begin making it just for you.

4. Delivery
We ship from the UK using trusted postal services. Delivery times may vary depending on location.

For international orders, any local taxes or duties are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

5. Returns & Refunds

6. Handmade Nature
Our products are not mass-produced. Each piece is individually made, which means small differences may occur — this is not considered a fault.

7. Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll put it right.

8. Intellectual Property
All images, designs, and content belong to Off My Head and may not be used without permission.
