Refund policy
We want you to absolutely love your Off My Head piece. But if it's not quite right, here's how it works.
Changed your mind?
No problem - you have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to return it. Please contact us at mel@offmyhead.com and we can then forward the correct returns address.
Once approved, you then have another 14 days to send it back.
Conditions of returns.
To be eligible for a refund your item must be: Unworn. In perfect condition. Free from make up, marks or ANY signs of use. ( We're pretty strict on this - if it comes back looking like it's already been to a festival, we won't be able to refund it.)
Non-refundable items.
Because every piece is handmade just for you, we don't accept returns on: Custom sizes, or bespoke designs.
Return postage covered by customer.
International Returns (outside the UK)
The above info still applies, BUT
If you are returning an item from outside the UK, you must correctly complete the customs declaration.
Please ensure:
- The item is clearly marked as a “Return”
- The declared value is $0 (zero value)
This is essential to ensure we are not charged import duties or taxes when receiving your return.
If a return is sent with incorrect customs information and charges are applied, we reserve the right to:
- Deduct these costs from your refund, or
- Refuse the return
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
