My original assessment was that the owner was trying to mislead her customers by posting a picture of a high quality fur hat and then sending customers less, as I’ve seen shop owners do before. But upon speaking with the owner she defended her shop with passion and that was sincerely appreciated, as it shows that she puts care into what she does and doesn’t want to be perceived as a dishonest person. The hat was very well made, it was neatly sewn with no threads or seams out of place. But I will always give my honest opinion and the hat looks better in photos than in person. I went and used a blow dryer to fluff it up to give it a chance and it fluffed up considerably. For 30 dollars you get a good quality hat. I just now know that if I want what I’m looking for I will have to pay more because on my head it didn’t look good.
