Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom orders as it may be hard to re sell hats made larger or smaller than my usual size.
Make Up
I cannot refund items that are returned to me and have make up on them. When trying on for the first time please ensure that you are not wearing makeup as it completely sticks to the fabric!

This is beautifully designed and though it has a small elastic piece to stretch it could have been longer. A bit tight fit and I don't have an extremely large size head. May have to add or extend. The model must have been very small . I like to wear a scarf over ears and this on top so maybe it wasn't designed for that? I like the way you can brush the fur by hand and it has a nice soft and "coiffed" look to it. Shipping took about 18 days to US and arrived in perfect condition.
