Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom orders as it may be hard to re sell hats made larger or smaller than my usual size.
Make Up
I cannot refund items that are returned to me and have make up on them. When trying on for the first time please ensure that you are not wearing makeup as it completely sticks to the fabric!

I absolutely LOVE this hat! It’s so cute and well made. The quality is impeccable and my head stays warm. I’ve received many compliments already! As far as the color, I love it. Depending on lighting, it can look more red or more orange which is great. It’s a shade that’s flattering and looks good in pictures. Also, Melanie is so sweet and she’s super responsive. I definitely want to buy more 🥰

*updated review* Upon my original 3 star honest review, the seller decided to message me and tell me my computer and phone are wrong, and are not showing the actual color of the picture that she posted. Then said since I obviously didn’t like the product, to send it back to provide to someone else, and a refund. No apology, Nothing. I sent her a picture w/ no flash, just of it in front my window and she tried to convince me that I add flash and it wasn’t natural lighting. Not taking any accountability. I waited an entire month for the hat, and was okay with the color, just felt like the photo did not match. Very nice hat, but seller, not so much* Original: Nice hat but it isn’t the color of the picture at all. It’s red, not really any type of orange in it. The description is more correct but the picture is misleading.
