So because I make everything, any head size can be accommodated for, no worries at all!
The standard size will fit heads approx 22- 23.5 inches, but if you want me to make a larger or smaller one, please add a measurement when ordering. Or message me your size.

An amazingly soft high quality fabric!
Hat is approx 5.5 inches deep to cover the ears.
One Size generally fits heads from 21.5-23.5 inches.
However, as all items are made to order, if your head is larger or smaller, please measure your head and send the measurement.
Measure across eyebrows and over ears!
Wash on a 30 degree wool wash.
All hats are made using the best quality faux furs and are lined with cosy polar fleece.
Extremely glamorous and very, very warm!
All handmade in my workshop in Lancashire!

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom and personalised orders
Unfortunately I cannot accept returns on custom orders as it may be hard to re sell hats made larger or smaller than my usual size.
Make Up
I cannot refund items that are returned to me and have make up on them. When trying on for the first time please ensure that you are not wearing makeup as it completely sticks to the fabric!

I ordered this to give as a gift for my mom for Christmas and she loved it! I was scared it wasn’t going to make it in time but it made it two days before (I had ordered in Nov but Covid prolongs everything!) 🥰 when I didn’t think the package was going to make it in time, the seller put together a little print out for me to wrap up with the item I ordered shown and a sweet note :) very good customer service and great quality hat!
